Here, you help shape the digital future
- As part of our first-level support team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our employees when they have IT questions, and you’ll help them resolve digital challenges quickly and easily.
- You'll provide support at our locations both on-site and via remote maintenance, gain experience in various areas, and ensure that our IT systems run smoothly.
- You will set up Windows clients (Windows 10/11), provide ongoing support for them, and assist with the administration and optimization of our Microsoft 365 environment.
- You'll play an active role in IT and digital transformation projects, take on your own responsibilities, and help shape the digital future of our company.

- You're passionate about digital technologies and already have a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.

- You take responsibility and complete your tasks independently and reliably.
An advantage—but not a requirement
- Basic experience in network/server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Entra).
- Basic knowledge of IT security/cybersecurity and infrastructure topics.
