Work Planning Specialist (m/f/d)

Here, you'll work in a planned and forward-thinking manner
- Capacity and scheduling planning to ensure on-time production
- Creation and maintenance of work plans, bills of materials, and manufacturing documents
- Material planning, including inventory reconciliation and ensuring material availability
- Calculation of production times and costs
- Providing clear, complete, and easy-to-understand work documents for production
- Screening and selection of suitable industrial diamonds based on defined quality and application criteria for the manufacture of our tools
- Creation and editing of technical drawings
- Assistance with inventory counts and special tasks in the area of work planning
- Close coordination with manufacturing, purchasing, and related departments

This will help you impress with your expertise
- Completed technical or business training (e.g., industrial clerk (m/f/d), machining technician (m/f/d), or equivalent)
- Initial professional experience in work planning or production planning
- Initial experience in creating technical drawings
- Experience with ERP systems
- Technical understanding of manufacturing processes, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- A structured, meticulous, and independent approach to work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
