Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)
The position at a glance:

Here, you'll take on responsibility
- You will be responsible for the mechanical maintenance of our lathes, milling machines, and grinders (conventional and CNC), as well as the associated peripheral equipment.
- You systematically analyze malfunctions, reliably identify their causes, and resolve problems in a sustainable manner.
- You perform maintenance and inspection work according to established schedules and identify the need for optimization or repairs at an early stage.
- You will also reliably maintain our auxiliary technical equipment, including: hydraulic units, pneumatic systems, coolant systems, extraction and filtration systems, clamping devices, and tool holders
- You will document maintenance, repairs, and any actions taken in a careful and traceable manner.
- You actively contribute ideas for improvement to continuously enhance machine availability, process stability, and workflows.
- For machine relocations, new installations, and retrofit projects, you’ll provide support with your technical expertise and structured approach to work.
- You'll work flexibly at our locations in Hünfeld and Bruchköbel, coordinating closely with the respective teams.
In short: With your technical expertise, you’ll ensure that our high-precision manufacturing systems run like clockwork.
What Sets You Apart
- You have completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification.
- You already have several years of hands-on experience in the mechanical maintenance of machine tools.
- You have in-depth knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics; basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus.
- You work in a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented manner, and you maintain a clear overview even when dealing with complex tasks.
- You notice early on when something “isn’t going right” and take action on your own.
- You'll take responsibility for your area of responsibility and actively contribute ideas for improvement.
- With a Class B driver's license, you'll be able to travel flexibly between our locations in Hünfeld and Bruchköbel.
